Important: To remove tracked changes, you must accept or reject them.To remove comments, you must delete them. Choosing the No Markup view only temporarily hides changes and comments. They will be visible again the next time someone opens the document.

To be able to send bulk email via mail merge, you must already have installed a MAPI-compatible email program such as Outlook or Gmail. The following process assumes that you already have the message you intend to send created and open in Microsoft Word.

In the Choose a destination pane, select the new location in the document library where you want the files to go, and select Move here.. In the Choose destination pane, to add a new folder to the document library, you can also click New folder, and move the item to the new folder.In the text box, enter the name of the new folder, select the checkmark, and then select Move here.

Upload files or folders to OneDrive. You can store over 300 types of files on OneDrive. With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome: Select Add new > Files upload or Folder upload > Folder.

Check the device. If the device doesn't appear to work at all (no lights appear on the device when it’s plugged in, or the cursor doesn't move or doesn't appear on the screen), connect the device to another PC and make sure the device works on that PC.

Note: In earlier versions of Outlook, IMAP accounts also used an Outlook Data File (.pst).In Outlook 2016 and Outlook for Microsoft 365, IMAP accounts use Offline Outlook Data Files (.ost). You can also use an Outlook Data File (.pst) to backup or export items from any type of email account.

Know your limits Many email service providers set limits for the number of names that can be included in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes in a message. For example, your email service provider may limit each message to a maximum of 100 email addresses. If these addresses are distributed among the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes, remember that the names in the Bcc box will count toward your total limit.

You'll see the list of files you saved to OneDrive or OneDrive for work or school. The type files you see are specific to the app you opened them in.

Pick a team and channel. A team is a collection of people, conversations, files, and tools — all in one place. A channel is a discussion in a team, dedicated to a department, project, or topic.. The best way to get familiar with teams and channels is to pick a team and channel and start exploring! Select Teams on the left side of the app and then pick a team.
