Switch between languages using the Language bar
If you don't see the Language bar, do the following to check to see if the Language bar is hidden: In Windows 10 and Windows 8. Press the Windows logo key and type Control to search for the Control Panel app. Click Control Panel. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click Change input methods.

Reduce the file size of a picture in Microsoft Office
Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures.. If you do not see the Picture Tools - Format tab, make sure that you selected a picture. You may have to double-click the picture to select it and open the Format tab.. Also, depending on your screen size, you might only see the icons for the Adjust group. The Compress Pictures button appears without a label.
