Manually download a language for Cortana speech. Go back to Settings > Time & language > Language, select your new language, and then use the up-arrow button to move it to the top of the list and make it the default.

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icons. On a Mac, use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and open it.
