Safe senders and recipients. Safe senders are people and domains you always want to receive email messages from. Safe recipients are recipients that you don't want to block, usually groups that you’re a member of.

When you run Excel in safe mode, it bypasses functionality and settings such as alternative startup location, changed toolbars, startup folders used by Excel, Excel add-ins, and most COM add-ins. While add-ins can enhance your experience, they can occasionally interfere, or conflict with Excel. You can safe mode troubleshoot in one of two ways:

Choose the mobile app. Open a browser on your computer and go to portal.office.com.Sign in to your Office 365 for business account.

Share your subscription.If you have a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, you can share your subscription and its benefits with up to 5 other people. Accounts you share with are not linked, and emails, OneDrive files & photos remain private (unless you share files or photos).

When you enter some text into a cell such as "2/2", Excel assumes that this is a date and formats it according to the default date setting in Control Panel.Excel might format it as "2-Feb".If you change your date setting in Control Panel, the default date format in Excel will change accordingly.

If you need to sum a column or row of numbers, let Excel do the math for you. Select a cell next to the numbers you want to sum, select AutoSum on the Home tab, press Enter, and you’re done. When you select AutoSum, Excel automatically enters a formula (that uses the SUM function) to sum the numbers. Here’s an example.

You can save an Excel file in another file format by clicking the File > Save As.The file formats that are available in the Save As dialog box vary, depending on what type of sheet is active (a worksheet, chart sheet, or other type of sheet).

Important Because changing your Microsoft account password is slightly different than resetting a forgotten password, this page does not cover the steps to reset your account password.

Add your Outlook.com, Microsoft 365, or Exchange-based email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch using the iOS Mail app.

Option 2: Remove Current Account and Re-Add . If you remove your current account from Thunderbird and then re-add it, the proper settings will be detected, and you will just need to sign in to be properly configured with Modern Authentication and the proper server settings.
