Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. Wait for it to find nearby printers, then choose the one you want to use, and select Add device.If you want to remove the printer later, select it, and then select Remove.

Note: If you are in tablet mode, you may not be able to see your desktop icons properly.You can find the program by searching for the program name in File Explorer. To turn off tablet mode, select action center on the taskbar (next to date and time), and then select Tablet mode to turn it on or off.
