Items from an Exchange account are stored in the Outlook cache. If this cache becomes corrupted, it may cause synchronization problems with the Exchange server. To solve this problem, you can empty the cache in Outlook so that Outlook 2016 for Mac can download all the items from your Exchange account again.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

Change the items that you want, and then click OK. If you want to change the domain password for the user account that is specified in the User name box, click Change. In the Old password and New password boxes, type the corresponding information, type the new password in the Confirm new password box, and then click OK. The domain password is now changed.

Notes: Starting in Outlook for Windows Version 2303 (Build 16215.10000), the All Apps button replaces the Get Add-ins buttonon the ribbon to view installed add-ins and access the Office Store.If you’re using an earlier version of Outlook, you'll see the Get Add-ins button instead.. Next to your list of favorites there is a small pencil icon. Click on that to see your full list of favorites. To the left of each favorite there is a yellow star.

You can manage your queries either in the Queries pane of the Power Query Editor or on the Queries tab of the Queries & Connections pane in Excel. This is especially helpful if you have many queries and you want to quickly locate a query. Once you find a query, there are a number of additional actions you can do, such as duplicate, reference, merge, append, share, and delete a query.
