Clean up Mailbox. From the Settings > Storage page you should see a breakdown of how much space each folder in your mailbox is taking. Below, you should see a list of the folders represented in the breakdown with the option to permanently delete all items (or those older than 3, 6, or 12 months) in these folders to free up space.

To change notification settings for individual senders, under Get notifications from these senders, turn a notification sender either on or off—or select a sender's name and then turn on or turn off notification banners, lock screen privacy, turn notification sounds on or off, and set the priority of notifications.

Top of Page. Contacts (People) keyboard shortcuts. The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. Members in a family group can only view their own enforcements. Case reviews for enforcements on child accounts must be submitted by an organizer in the same family group.

Tasks stores tasks that you create or that are sent to you, and also messages that you’ve flagged. When you view your tasks, the default view is Flagged Items and Tasks.You can change that by selecting Tasks in the folder list to the left. For more information about tasks in Outlook Web App, go to Tasks Overview.. Create a new task by selecting New task.

Note for iPhone: If you are having trouble with your iPhone import, make sure your device is unlocked and you’ve accepted the permissions.
