Use the People app to see all your contacts in one place, listed alphabetically. To open the app, select the Start button, and then select People.Enter your account info if you’re asked to sign in.

If you've received any reactions in the previous day or so, you'll get a digest email that summarizes the reactions you've received. You can unsubscribe from the digest email if you'd prefer not to receive it.

When an update is available in the Teams desktop app, it'll appear at the top of your Teams window. To update, select Update > Update and restart Teams .. Teams will automatically close and update.

Clean up Mailbox. From the Settings > Storage page you should see a breakdown of how much space each folder in your mailbox is taking. Below, you should see a list of the folders represented in the breakdown with the option to permanently delete all items (or those older than 3, 6, or 12 months) in these folders to free up space.

Warning When removing an email alias that’s connected to a Microsoft domain (such as @Outlook.com, @Live.com, or @Hotmail.com), that email is completely deleted from our systems and can’t be used to send or receive emails. It won’t be available for use again as an alias on another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so it can’t be reclaimed at a future time.

When you start a focus session, a focus timer will appear on screen. To use additional focus tools in the Clock app, expand the focus timer to get the full view of the Clock app.
