Disable all macros except digitally signed macros Macros are disabled, and security alerts appear if there are unsigned macros present.However, if the macro is digitally signed by a trusted publisher, the macro just runs. If the macro is signed by a publisher you haven't trusted yet, you are given the opportunity to enable the signed macro and trust the publisher.

Important: If you turn on two-step verification, you will always need two forms of identification.This means that if you forget your password, you need two contact methods. Or if you lose your contact method, your password alone won't get you back into your account—and it can take you 30 days to regain access.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

Select the View tab and, in Advanced settings, select Show hidden files, folders, and drives and OK.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.

Portable Document Format (PDF) preserves document formatting and enables file sharing. When the PDF format file is viewed online or printed, it retains the format that you intended. The PDF format is also useful for documents that will be reproduced using commercial printing methods.

Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo. Or, if your device has a camera, select Take a photo > Open camera and take a new photo

Depending on the length of the video, generating closed captions can take several minutes. Once generated, you can watch the video in Stream and have captions displayed at the bottom of the screen.. When the caption have been created, the Generate button turns to Translate.Select Translate to change the spoken or screen language to automatically translate the captions.

The circular arrows over the OneDrive or OneDrive for work or school notification icons signify that sync is in progress. This includes when you are uploading files, or OneDrive is syncing new files from the cloud to your PC.
