Analyze Data in Excel empowers you to understand your data through high-level visual summaries, trends, and patterns. Simply click a cell in a data range, and then click the Analyze Data button on the Home tab. Analyze Data in Excel will analyze your data, and return interesting visuals about it in a task pane.

If you want to secure your content and get a link that only works for the people you invite, select Specific people in Link settings when creating the sharing link.. The recipients' experience depends on the settings you select when creating the sharing link, and the account they use to view the file.

In most cases, all you have to do to set up a scanner is to connect it to your device. Plug the USB cable from your scanner into an available USB port on your device, and turn the scanner on.

New features added for recording video. The new Record window has two screens: Record and Export.. When you select Record, the Record screen opens by default.. If you select Export in the top right of the Record screen, the Export screen opens.. On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. (This makes sign-in, settings, and syncing happen automatically for all other Microsoft services.)

In the Save Backup As dialog box, specify a name and location for the backup copy, and then click Save.. Access closes the original file, creates a backup, and then reopens the original file. To revert to a backup, close and rename the original file so that the backup copy can use the name of the original version.

Note: SharePoint Online retains backups of all content for 14 additional days beyond actual deletion.If content cannot be restored via the Recycle Bin or Files Restore, an administrator can contact Microsoft Support to request a restore any time inside the 14-day window.
