Manage invitations to share Microsoft 365. On the Microsoft account, Sharing page, under the section Other people, you can view and manage invitations you’ve created.You can check the status of an invitation, resend, or delete invitations. Important: Section breaks are different from page breaks.If you already have a page break before the page where you want to change the header or footer, remove a page break and replace it with a section break as shown below.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. Tip: To quickly share with specific people, you can type in their name or email and then use the pencil icon to the right of the Name, group or email field to select Can edit or Can view.Then follow the same steps below to share with the specific people you listed. For Word documents, you can use the Can review option to let someone add comments and suggestions but prevent them from making edits.

Important: To remove tracked changes, you must accept or reject them.To remove comments, you must delete them. Choosing the No Markup view only temporarily hides changes and comments. They will be visible again the next time someone opens the document.

Add people from your address book or contacts list, and choose OK.To select multiple people, hold down the Ctrl key as you choose members.
