The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. This lets them keep the folder alongside their own folders and items, easily move items between folders, and more easily work on it offline.

To see where your browser is saving downloads, look in your browser's settings. Microsoft Outlook automatically groups items by date. However, you can also group items manually by using standard arrangements or by creating your own custom grouping.

There are different ways to pin apps or shortcuts to the Start menu. For example: In the Search box on the taskbar or on the Start menu, type the name of the app you want to pin. Right-click on the app, then select Pin to Start . From Explorer, right-click on a folder and select Pin to Start For websites, open Edge and navigate to the website you want to pin.

Note: The options you select here will persist for all new email messages you create in Outlook, any replies or forwards you compose, and any text you type in the body of appointments, meetings, events, contact cards, and tasks.
