Check that the page shows the correct Microsoft account, and then click Next. Read the list and click the checkboxes to acknowledge you’ve read each item. Choose to have the re-open window set to 30 or 60 days. In the Select a reason drop-down list, choose an explanation for why you're closing the account. Click Mark account for closure.

Sending a message. If you haven't already set up messages, do the following: On your PC, in the Phone Link, select Messages. To start a new conversation, select New message. Enter the name or phone number of a contact. Select the person you want to send a message to. A new message thread opens for you to begin with.

Preview your document. Select File > Print. To preview each page, select the forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the page. If the text is too small to read, use the zoom slider at the bottom of the page to enlarge it. Choose the number of copies, and any other options you want, and select the Print button.

Select Start > Settings > System > Sound. In Input, select the microphone that you want to test. In Input settings, look at Input volume while speaking into the microphone. If the bar moves while you speak, your microphone is working properly. If don't see the bar moving, go to Test your microphone and select Start test.

On your SharePoint site, go to the library where you want to share files. Pick the file or folder you want to share by selecting its circle icon.
