A key icon in the message list or reading pane indicates an encrypted message.. If you normally use Conversation view, you'll have to open the message in a new window to read it. There will be a link on the message to make this easier.

To resize the image, select the image to see drag handles appear around the image. Move the drag handles to resize the image as necessary. Select the Picture Format tab on the ribbon, then use the options on it to format your image. For example, you can apply a style or a border to the image.

After you have created a table of contents in Word, you can customize the way it appears. Customizing your table of contents applies your preferences to your existing table. If you like what you see, select OK.If you're not happy with the look, just select Cancel and all the changes will be forgotten. Your table of contents will still be there.

Import a text file by opening it in Excel. You can open a text file that you created in another program as an Excel workbook by using the Open command. Opening a text file in Excel does not change the format of the file — you can see this in the Excel title bar, where the name of the file retains the text file name extension (for example, .txt or .csv).
