Capture a video of your screen. Your video is added to the slide. Right-click the video frame, select the Start icon and pick how you want your video to start: In Click Sequence, Automatically, or When Clicked On. You can change the look of the video by right-clicking the video frame, select the Style icon, and pick another shape. Save your screen recording as a separate file

Show the developer tab in Word - Microsoft Support
The Developer tab isn't displayed by default, but you can add it to the ribbon.. On the File tab, go to Options > Customize Ribbon.. Under Customize the Ribbon and under Main Tabs, select the Developer check box.. After you show the tab, the Developer tab stays visible, unless you clear the check box or have to reinstall a Microsoft Office program.
