Change the display size of messages. When you compose, reply to, or forward an email message, and the message body (including the text) appears larger or smaller than the size that you typically see, you might have changed the zoom view setting.

Forward all messages to another account automatically . Messages that are forwarded will appear to be forwarded from you. When you reply to a message that has been forwarded, the reply will be sent to the address the message was forwarded from, not to the original sender.

Ensure these modes create an alert that is visible on your device. Make sure you have a device signal and Internet connection. Make sure your phone calls and text messages are getting through to your mobile device.

Note: If the file doesn't have UTF-8 encoding, the import tool may not recognize and display all text correctly.The import tool will then show you some example contacts from your file, and you can check that the text is readable and correct. If the text is not displayed correctly, select Cancel.You will need a file in UTF-8 encoding to continue.

Note: To let a user enter percentages, for example 20%, select Decimal in the Allow box, select the type of restriction that you want in the Data box, enter the minimum, maximum, or specific value as a decimal, for example .2 , and then display the data validation cell as a percentage by selecting the cell and clicking Percent Style in the Number group on the Home tab.

To be able to send bulk email via mail merge, you must already have installed a MAPI-compatible email program such as Outlook or Gmail. The following process assumes that you already have the message you intend to send created and open in Microsoft Word.

Data sources. Your first step in setting up a mail merge is to pick the source of data you'll use for the personalized information. Excel spreadsheets and Outlook contact lists are the most common data sources, but if you don't yet have a data source, you can type it up in Word, as part of the mail merge process.

Using a command-line switch doesn't mean you have to type the whole startup command at the command prompt. You can start the Office app as usual, by clicking the program icon on the desktop, or by clicking the program name on the Start menu.
