Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

Blur. Select the Blur option, then use the slider to adjust the Blur intensity, then select Apply to blur the background.. Remove. Select the Remove option, then select Apply to remove the image background.. Replace. Select the Replace option, then use the color palette to select the background color. To see where your browser is saving downloads, look in your browser's settings. When you mark email as junk, you can report the message to Microsoft to help improve the accuracy of the junk email filter. To set junk email reporting options, select Settings > Mail > Automatic processing > Junk email reporting.. Specify when to send junk email reports

If you want to stop a file or folder from syncing or backing up, you can pause the upload or download. See Stop syncing temporarily below for details.. If uploads or downloads with the OneDrive website are taking too long, or you selected the wrong files, they can be cancelled.
