In Outlook, you have the option to: Attach a file | Upload a locally saved file to your OneDrive | Insert a picture into the body of a message | Attach an email item | Solve problems with attachments. Attach a file to an email message in new Outlook. New Outlook keeps track of the files you have worked on recently and suggests them whenever you decide you want to attach a file to an email message.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

Add from Apps. From the left of Teams, you can go to Apps and search different categories where you'll see an overview of everything available for you to add.You can also add apps directly from the context you're working in, whether you're in a chat, channel, or meeting.
