An upgrade differs from an update in that it moves your PC from a previous version of Windows—such as Windows 10—to Windows 11. This FAQ is intended to answer questions about upgrading to Windows 11.

Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. Immersive Reader advanced color support. In Immersive Reader, we've added many additional ways you can choose a page color.Selecting a page color can make text easy to scan with less eye strain. On the Immersive Reader tab click Page Color to see a 4x5 color picker.. Click More Colors to see additional color selection options such as Wheel, Sliders, Color Palettes, Image Palettes, and Pencils.

Notes: If you don't see Go to Microsoft Store on the Activation page, contact your organization's support person.. If you made a substantial hardware changes to your device (such as replacing the motherboard) and you have a valid product key, try to activate Windows by phone.
