Manage invitations to share Microsoft 365. On the Microsoft account, Sharing page, under the section Other people, you can view and manage invitations you’ve created.You can check the status of an invitation, resend, or delete invitations. Find the shared mailbox in the folder pane. In the folder pane on the left, locate the Shared with me folder. Click the folder to expand it. Your shared mailbox is a subfolder under Shared with me.When you select the name of the shared mailbox there, it will expand to show the standard email folders, such as Inbox, Drafts, and Sent Items.. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety, clicking User Accounts, and then clicking Manage another account .. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

In quick settings: To find the quick setting for Bluetooth, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons ( ) next to the time and date on the right side of your taskbar.Select Bluetooth to turn it on. If it's turned on without any Bluetooth devices connected, it might appear as Not connected . If you don't see Bluetooth in quick settings, you might need to add it.

If you think someone might have unauthorized access to your account, we can protect you by signing you out from all of your trusted devices. Within 24 hours, you will be signed out of browsers, apps and anywhere else your account is used to sign in, except an Xbox console.

Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.
