On the settings page for that app, change the setting for Let this app run in the background.Here’s a summary of each option: Always.The app is always allowed to run in the background—receive info, send notifications, and stay up to date—even when you’re not actively using it.

1. Sign in with your Microsoft account. You will be prompted to Sign in with Microsoft account. Immersive Reader advanced color support. In Immersive Reader, we've added many additional ways you can choose a page color.Selecting a page color can make text easy to scan with less eye strain. On the Immersive Reader tab click Page Color to see a 4x5 color picker.. Click More Colors to see additional color selection options such as Wheel, Sliders, Color Palettes, Image Palettes, and Pencils.

The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive.. This lets them keep the folder alongside their own folders and items, easily move items between folders, and more easily work on it offline.

Other subscription plans. Besides Microsoft 365 Family or Personal, there are other Microsoft 365 plans which include additional benefits and features designed specifically for small and mid-size businesses, enterprises, schools, or non-profits. You also get 5 GB of OneDrive online cloud storage with your free Microsoft account so you can access your files from anywhere.

Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).
