Add co-organizers to a meeting in Microsoft Teams
After you've invited people to your meeting, you can add up to 10 co-organizers to help manage your meeting. Co-organizers are displayed as additional organizers in the meeting participant list and have most of the capabilities of the meeting organizer.

Select Join the meeting now in your meeting invite to be taken to a page where you can choose to either join on the web or download the desktop app.. If you already have the Teams app, the meeting will open there automatically.
