Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

Automatically add a signature to a message. You can create an email signature that you can add automatically to all outgoing messages or add manually to specific ones.

After you’ve finished adding the person you want to share your calendar with and have chosen which permission you want to give them, select Share.If you decide not to share your calendar right now, select Remove.. The person you shared your calendar with will receive an email message telling them about it.

Tip: To quickly share with specific people, you can type in their name or email and then use the pencil icon to the right of the Name, group or email field to select Can edit or Can view.Then follow the same steps below to share with the specific people you listed. For Word documents, you can use the Can review option to let someone add comments and suggestions but prevent them from making edits.
