Share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription - Microsoft Support
Sharing is only possible if the invitee joins the subscription owners' family group. If the invitee is already in another family group, they will need to leave it to join the subscription owners' family group.. Once the invitee has joined the family group, then the subscription owner can share the Microsoft 365 Family benefits.

RAND function - Microsoft Support
=RAND()*(b-a)+a. If you want to use RAND to generate a random number but don't want the numbers to change every time the cell is calculated, you can enter =RAND() in the formula bar, and then press F9 to change the formula to a random number.
