When you initially setup your Windows device, you might have opted to use a local account instead of a Microsoft account. The main difference between a local account and a Microsoft account is that a local account is specific to one device, while a Microsoft account can be used across multiple devices and Microsoft services.

Get your document's readability and level statistics - Microsoft Support
The languages that you use in a document can affect how your Office program checks and presents readability scores. If you set up Word to check the spelling and grammar of text in other languages, and a document contains text in multiple languages, Word displays readability statistics for text in the last language that was checked.

If you want multiple copies of a printout, change the number of copies in the Print page: On Windows 7 or earlier, at the top of the Print page is a box labeled Copies with up and down arrows for you to choose how many copies of the document you want.
