Select a column with this problem. If you don't want to convert the whole column, you can select one or more cells instead. Just be sure the cells you select are in the same column, otherwise this process won't work. (See Use Paste Special and Multiply below if you have this problem in more than one column.)

The PowerPoint playback features (Fade, Bookmark, Trim, and so on) don't apply to online videos. Because the video is stored on a web site, rather than in your presentation, you must be connected to the internet in order for the video to play successfully. Insert a web video. Make sure your data doesn't contain erroneous characters. When counting text values, make sure the data doesn't contain leading spaces, trailing spaces, inconsistent use of straight and curly quotation marks, or nonprinting characters.
