Overview of Excel tables - Microsoft Support
Total row Once you add a total row to a table, Excel gives you an AutoSum drop-down list to select from functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, and so on.When you select one of these options, the table will automatically convert them to a SUBTOTAL function, which will ignore rows that have been hidden with a filter by default.

Reduce the file size of a picture in Microsoft Office
Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Adjust group, select Compress Pictures.. If you do not see the Picture Tools - Format tab, make sure that you selected a picture. You may have to double-click the picture to select it and open the Format tab.. Also, depending on your screen size, you might only see the icons for the Adjust group. The Compress Pictures button appears without a label.

Get started with Microsoft 365 Groups in Outlook
Once you're in your group click Add Members on the Ribbon. If you're using Outlook on the web click where it says how many members your group has, near the top right of the window, then click Add members.Alternatively, go to the navigation bar on the left margin and select the Groups icon located below the People icon.
