Print a document in Word - Microsoft Support
If you want multiple copies of a printout, change the number of copies in the Print page: On Windows 7 or earlier, at the top of the Print page is a box labeled Copies with up and down arrows for you to choose how many copies of the document you want. Make your choice (either by entering a number or using the arrows), and then click Print.

Under Offline Settings, move the slider to the desired amount of time, such as All, 12 months, 6 months, 3 months, or 1 month.Note: If you're using Outlook 2016, you can also select an amount of time as short as 3 days.. For example, if you move the slider to 3 months, only mail from the past three months will be synchronized to your Offline Outlook Data (.ost) file from the Exchange server.

Return to Normal view. To return to Normal view after you finish working with the page breaks, on the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Normal.. You can also click Normal on the status bar.. After working with page breaks in Page Break Preview view, you may still see the page breaks in Normal view because page breaks have been turned on automatically.
