On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. When you need to protect the privacy of an email message, encrypt it. Encrypting an email message in Outlook means it's converted from readable plain text into scrambled cipher text.

Important: Steps may be different between new and classic Outlook for Windows. To determine which version of Outlook you're using, look for File on the ribbon.If there's no File option, follow the steps under the New Outlook tab. If the File option appears, select the tab for Classic Outlook.

View version history from within a Microsoft Office document. If you are working with a Microsoft Office document, such as a Word, Excel, orPowerPoint file, you can view version history from the app view rather than returning to the list or library to view the history.

In the upper left corner of the window, select the app launcher > All apps > SharePoint Tip: If you don't see the SharePoint app under All apps, use the Search box near the top of the window to search for SharePoint.
