Install the S/MIME control. Get a certificate, sometimes referred to as a key or digital ID. The first step to use S/MIME is to obtain a certificate from your IT administrator or helpdesk.

Add members to a shared channel. When creating a shared channel, the default setting is Share this channel with everyone on the team.. After you've chosen Shared channel as the channel type in the selection box, type the names of the people in your org you want to add to the channel and select from the list.

From the meeting chat, select Open Copilot in the upper-right corner of the chat—you'll see the Copilot icon.From here, Copilot bases responses on the meeting transcript, not the meeting chat. In the dialog box, enter the code along with a title for the snippet. Select the check box if you want your text to wrap, and then select the pull-down menu to choose the language that you want to use.

In Outlook, you have the option to: Translate an email message | Translate part of a message | Change translation settings | Data & privacy. Translate an email message. When you receive an email message in another language, you'll see a prompt at the top of the message asking if you'd like Outlook to translate it into your preferred language.

Ensure these modes create an alert that is visible on your device. Make sure you have a device signal and Internet connection. Make sure your phone calls and text messages are getting through to your mobile device.

Change your default security info method. If you want text messaging to be the default method used when you sign in to your work or school account using two-factor verification or for password reset requests, you can set it from the Security info page.
