Select all the elements of the signature, right-click and choose Copy. On the Message tab, in the Include group, select Signature > Signatures. Choose New and type a name for your signature. For example: "Business" or "Personal". In the Edit signature field, right-click and select Paste. Your signature is now displayed in the field.

Turn password saving on or off. Select Settings and more > Settings . Select Profiles > Passwords > Settings . Under Passwords, set Offer to save passwords to On or Off as desired. Note: Turning off password saving doesn't delete previously saved passwords.

To add another account to OneDrive on your computer. If you already have a personal OneDrive account set up, you can only add work or school accounts. Open OneDrive settings (select the OneDrive cloud icon in your notification area, and then select the OneDrive Help and Settings icon then Settings .) Go to the Account tab. Select Add an account.

Use the TEXT function to combine and format strings. The TEXT function converts a numeric value to text and combines numbers with text or symbols. The files on your OneDrive are private until you share them. Keep in mind that when you share folders with Edit permissions, people you share with can add the shared folders to their own OneDrive..
