On the Outlook status bar, if you see Disconnected, Working Offline, or Trying to connect…, then Outlook can't reach the email server to send your mail.. Items restored from Recoverable Items go to the Deleted Items folder. When you recover items from the Recoverable Items folder, they are moved to the Deleted Items folder.
