To clear your TPM, follow these steps: Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Device security . Under Security processor, select Security processor details. Select Security processor troubleshooting, and then under Clear TPM, select Clear TPM. You'll need to restart your device to complete the process.

Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.) Select the Action tab at the top of the window. Select Disable device or Enable device, and then confirm. If there's more than one HID-compliant touchscreen device listed, perform steps 2–3 for that one too.

Select Start > All apps and search for the app in the list shown. Press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall. Uninstall in Settings. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features . Find the app you want to remove, select More > Uninstall. Note: Some apps can't be uninstalled from the Settings app right now.
