If Outlook won't open, try opening it in safe mode, which disables add-ins. 1. Right-click the Start button, and click Run.. 2. Type Outlook.exe /safe, and click OK.. Tip: If Windows can't find Outlook.exe /safe, try using the full path to Outlook (for example C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OfficeXX, where XX is your version number). Safe senders and recipients. Safe senders are people and domains you always want to receive email messages from. Safe recipients are recipients that you don't want to block, usually groups that you’re a member of.

Sign in to www.office.com from a web browser and start using the apps on the web or access other web services associated with your account such as OneDrive.. How you sign in to an installed Office app depends on your device.

The custom templates you created using an earlier version of Microsoft 365 are still there, but Microsoft 365 doesn’t show them by default. Instead when you open an Office program, you’ll see the templates provided by Microsoft 365.
