On the Choose an account screen, click the Microsoft account button.; On the Add your Microsoft account screen, enter the email address and password associated with your Microsoft account.; On the Make it yours screen, you'll have the option to make this Microsoft account your primary account. (This makes sign-in, settings, and syncing happen automatically for all other Microsoft services.)

Give your template a name and in the Save as type drop-down, select Outlook Template (*.oft).

There are now two versions of Outlook for Windows: new Outlook for Windows and classic Outlook for Windows. To determine if the Outlook for Windows version you're using is new Outlook or classic Outlook, check if there's a File tab on the ribbon. When you delete a communication site or team site, you also delete any pages, content, and user information including documents, document libraries, and lists.

Protected messages allow the sender to set specific permissions on a message, such as Do Not Forward or Do Not Print. If you receive a protected email message sent to the work or school account you use with Microsoft 365 in Outlook or Outlook on the web, the message should open like any other message.

By default, you'll see your most recently used files listed on the panel to the left. If you want to open a file that's not listed there, choose Open Other Documents at the bottom left corner of the window and browse for the file you want.. If you're already in a file and want to come back to Backstage view to print, save, open another file, or any other task, select the File tab.
