Important: you should limit the number of administrators on your Windows device because administrators have complete control over the system.Administrators can change settings, install software, and access all files. If you don't want to sync all of your folders in OneDrive to your computer, you can use the OneDrive app for Windows and macOS to select which folders you'd like to have visible in File Explorer or Finder.. A key icon in the message list or reading pane indicates an encrypted message.. If you normally use Conversation view, you'll have to open the message in a new window to read it. There will be a link on the message to make this easier.
