There are several different ways for family members and organizers to leave or be removed from a Microsoft family group depending on their role. Before leaving, family members and organizers should remove saved places and location alerts they would not like to remain in the group. Location alerts must be removed by the individual who set them for saved places to be deleted.

If instructions to install the update don’t automatically appear, you can start the process manually. Note: if you need to find your console's name, on the console, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profiles & system (your account icon) > Settings > System > Console info.If you need to find its IP address, in Settings, choose General > Network settings > Advanced settings.

Active subscriptions have been cancelled so you don’t continue to get charged. If you have Auto-recharge enabled and cancel your account without first cancelling your subscription, you will continue to be charged until your account has been permanently closed in 60 days.
