Tips: If you don't see the OneDrive icon, OneDrive might not be running. On a PC, go to Start, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click OneDrive in the search results. You might need to click the Show hidden icons arrow next to the notification area to see the OneDrive icons. On a Mac, use Spotlight to search for OneDrive and open it.

Get a free version of Microsoft Teams (for work, school, or friends and family) If you don’t have Microsoft 365 and you don’t use a business or school account, you can get a basic version of Microsoft Teams.

If your account has been hacked, use our sign-in helper tool below to help guide you to the right solutions. The tool will ask for your email address or phone number, and either show appropriate self-help, or offer the chance to talk to an agent.

The circular arrows over the OneDrive or OneDrive for work or school notification icons signify that sync is in progress. This includes when you are uploading files, or OneDrive is syncing new files from the cloud to your PC.

Upload files or folders to OneDrive. You can store over 300 types of files on OneDrive. With Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome: Select Add new > Files upload or Folder upload > Folder.

Change the colors of your flow chart. To quickly add a designer-quality look and polish to your SmartArt graphic, you can change the colors or apply a SmartArt Style to your flow chart.

Choose number of pages to print per sheet: Printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper is a useful technique to save paper, reduce printing costs, and create compact versions of your documents. The number of pages that can be printed on a single sheet depends on the capabilities of your printer and the printing options you choose (Example: 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet).
