First, try checking your hardware. Try using a different USB port on your PC. If you use a USB hub between the device and the PC, make sure the hub has power. Do one of the following: To capitalize the first letter of a sentence and leave all other letters as lowercase, select Sentence case. To exclude capital letters from your text, select lowercase.
