Learn how to use Remote Desktop in Windows. On your Windows, Android, or iOS device: Open the Remote Desktop app (available for free from Microsoft Store, Google Play, and the Mac App Store), and add the name of the PC that you want to connect to (from Step 1). Right-click the app, select More, and then select Open file location.This opens the location where the shortcut to the app is saved. If there isn't an option for Open file location, it means the app can't run at startup.
