Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Sign out of your account and then sign in to your new account. If everything is fixed, move your personal data and files to the new account. To move your personal files from your old account to your new account, try opening File Explorer, expanding This PC > OSDisk (C:), and looking in the Users folder, where you should see folders for both accounts.

Microsoft 365 for business. If your Microsoft 365 product is one of the following, you have a Microsoft 365 for business product. These products are usually associated with a work or school account, and your Microsoft 365 license (if your subscription has one) came from the organization where you work or go to school.

Select your profile picture at the top right of Teams. When your account manager opens, select your profile picture again.

Use your phone's audio. If your mic doesn’t work after trying the solutions above and you see one of the messages below, select Call me back to use your phone’s mic.. Enter your phone number and select Call me to receive a call from Teams that will connect you to your meeting. Your audio will come from your phone, but other content sharing will still take place on your desktop.

Select Add a keyboard and choose the keyboard you want to add. If you don't see the keyboard you want, you may have to add a new language to get additional options. If this is the case, go on to step 4.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud
