Windows Photo Viewer isn't part of Windows 10, but if you upgraded from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, you might still have it. To check, press and hold (or right-click) a photo in File Explorer, and select Open with.If Windows Photo Viewer isn't in the list, you cannot install it on Windows 10.

Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.

Blur. Select the Blur option, then use the slider to adjust the Blur intensity, then select Apply to blur the background.. Remove. Select the Remove option, then select Apply to remove the image background.. Replace. Select the Replace option, then use the color palette to select the background color.
