2. Fill out the form using a recognized device and location. If possible, complete the form using a device you previously used to sign into your account and at a location where you commonly use that device and that we'll recognize, such as your home or office.

Note: If you have previous activity history stored in the cloud before Windows 11 23H2 and 22H2, January 23, 2024-KB5034204 update, you can use the Clear activity history button to delete previously stored data in the cloud. Otherwise, your activity history will be automatically deleted within 30 days from when your data was last synced to the cloud

Location history. Some Windows apps and services that use location info also use your location history. When the location setting is on, locations looked up by apps or services will be stored on the device for a limited time (24 hours), then deleted.

For Windows 10. In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then select Control Panel.. For Windows 8.1 / Windows RT 8.1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Search (or if you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search), enter Control Panel in the search box, and then tap or click Control Panel.

Screen time reporting shows daily and weekly details about when and for how long your family member used their devices. Gain insight into the amount of time your family member spends on a particular social media app, game or web browser and decide whether you would like to enable screen time limits for any connected devices. Under Adjust your photo, select Choose a file > Browse files to select an existing photo. Or, if your device has a camera, select Take a photo > Open camera and take a new photo

Important: When you close your Microsoft account, your email and contacts are deleted from our servers and can't be recovered.If you use your Microsoft account with Xbox, Skype, OneDrive, or other Microsoft services, you'll no longer be able to access those services.
