Select More options in the upper-right corner and then click Screen sharing . Choose the screen you'd like to share or select Window to select from open programs. The other participants in the chat will receive a notification asking them to accept your screen share. Once they do, they'll be able to see your screen and continue the chat.

Known issues with Outlook Desktop Shared Calendar Improvements
On the General tab, the Type should be Folder containing Calendar items (MAPI). If you see Folder containing Calendar items (REST) ensure the Turn On Shared Calendar Improvements checkbox is unchecked and remove/re-add the Calendar again.
