Share your Excel workbook with others - Microsoft Support
If you clicked the Share button, people will receive an email message inviting them to open the file. They can click the link to open the workbook. A web browser will open, and the workbook will open in Excel for the web. If they want to edit in the browser, they can click Edit Workbook > Edit in Browser.If they want to open it in the Excel app, they can click Edit Workbook > Edit in Excel.

How to use alarms and timers in the Clock app in Windows
Alarms and timers work even if the app is closed or your device is locked. If you see a warning that notifications only show if the device is awake, make sure your device doesn’t go to sleep (Go to Start > Settings > System > Power & battery , then select Screen, sleep, & hibernate timeouts to adjust your device’s sleep settings).
