When you get a new device and start up Windows 10 for the first time, the antivirus protection that comes installed with the device is your default security app.

The Health report starts off by showing you the last time a Device Health scan was run. The time displayed should be basically the current time, as Windows Security tries to run a Device Health scan when you open the Device performance & health page.. Beyond the time of last scan you'll see the status of the key areas that Device Health monitors:

You'll see the logo screen on your screen. Continue to hold the Volume Up button. Release the button when the UEFI screen appears. Turn on Find my device. When you set up a new device, you can decide whether to turn on or turn off the Find my device setting. If you turned it off during setup and now want to turn it on, make sure your Windows device is connected to the internet, has enough battery power so it can send its location, and that you're signed in to the device using your Microsoft account.
