If you are using a mouse, select Start > Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier.Select View, and then open the Keep the mouse pointer or Keep the text cursor drop-down menu, and select how Magnifier behaves when the mouse pointer or text cursor move around the screen. To increase security and performance, Windows 11 in S mode only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. To use your camera with apps on Windows 11, you'll need to turn on some permissions in Camera settings. Then, you'll need to check your app permissions if you want to use your camera with apps.
