There are now two versions of Outlook for Windows: new Outlook for Windows and classic Outlook for Windows. To determine if the Outlook for Windows version you're using is new Outlook or classic Outlook, check if there's a File tab on the ribbon. If File doesn't appear, you're using new Outlook.If you have a File tab, you're using classic Outlook.

Track and print results. When you create and send an email with voting buttons to others, you may want to track and print the results. You can either quickly copy the voting results into a blank Word document or a new email, or copy them into Excel so you can work with the data later.

In Outlook, you have the option to: Attach a file | Upload a locally saved file to your OneDrive | Insert a picture into the body of a message | Attach an email item | Solve problems with attachments. Attach a file to an email message in new Outlook. New Outlook keeps track of the files you have worked on recently and suggests them whenever you decide you want to attach a file to an email message.

Remove Teams from a meeting. You can remove Teams from a meeting while you're creating the meeting, but not after you send the invitation. In the meeting details, turn off the Teams Meeting toggle.. Make all meetings Teams meetings

Delete image editing data and lower default resolution. By default, when you edit an image, the data from the original is retained (to ensure the image can be restored).

Select this option to import Internet Explorer Browsing History into Microsoft Edge. Because the Top sites shown in the New tab page are generated based on the browsing history in Microsoft Edge, you may see the Top sites change based on the imported history data.
