Write a letter in Word for the web - Microsoft Support
Note: If you don't see a Print dialog box, click the link for opening a PDF version of your letter. From there, use the PDF program's Print command. Send a link to your letter. For an electronic version of your letter, send out a link: Near the top of the screen, click Share.

Fix your Outlook email connection by repairing your profile
Note: The Repair option isn't available if you're using Outlook 2016 to connect to an Exchange account. Follow the prompts in the wizard, and when you’re done, restart Outlook.
