Enter your Email, phone, or Skype name in the first box if you know it.; In the Contact email address text box, type an email address where we can contact you or send your password reset link. In order to use Authenticator on Android for your work or school account, push notifications for the app must be enabled and Google Play Services and the Google Play Store must be downloaded and enabled.

Notes: If you know your password, but just want to change it, go to account.microsoft.com Security tab, and select Change my password. If you know your username and password but they have stopped working, read My username and password have stopped working.
